April May & some June Festivities

We've taken the boys swimming a few times. This was Max's first time time in the pool. I think he liked it.

Max started eating baby food. He is a very messy eater, and enjoys his veggies!

Andrew's Dad came has been staying with us off and on for the past few months. He has now moved to Florida where he will be for the next 5 years or so. We have enjoyed having him around and will miss him very much.

Andrew went free diving at Sand Hallow Reservoir, you are not allowed to spear fish there so he didn't take his gun, but he did take a small knife. Some how he managed to stab this bass in the head with his knife. He was very proud of himself and so was I.

Max turned 6 months old in May. (He is now 7 months)

We celebrated Mother's Day. My mom and dad watched all the grandkids on Sat. so Alisha and I could go spend the day having fun. We got pedicures, went to lunch and went shopping. It was wonderful! I am so thankful I get to be a mom. And I couldn't ask for anything greater than these 2 special boys. They light up my life everyday and making me laugh and smile all day long. They have made me realize what it means to truly love someone.

Happy Easter!

Merrick loved the Easter Egg Hunts this year. He got so excited when he would see an egg and yell "OOh Egg!" And point at it then run and get it.

In the beginning of April we got 5 baby chicks. Andrew and his Dad built a chicken coop and we are waiting for them to get about 6 months old before they will start laying eggs for us.

Merrick loves chickens, he walks around the house flapping his wings and saying Bak Bak Bak. He called chicken bak Baks for the longest time but he is now starting to call them chickens.

Crystal's Visit

I started this post over a month ago but had troubles with it so just left it alone, but instead of never posting it I will just post what pictures did work and then i will just start a new post with more recent pictures since Crystal came to visit back in March.
My Dear Sweet friend Crystal Beazer came and stayed with us while Andrew was out of town for trainings for a month. We had a wonderful time with her and her daughter Jadyn. Needless to say we didn't get out of the house much with Max 4 months, Jadyn 6 months, and Merrick 20 months. Between sleep schedules and feeding schedules we attempted to leave the house and 2 hours later we got out for a little bit. We fit all 3 car seats in the back of our Xterra. We had a grand time and so did the kids.

Park Day

Hurray for nice weather! It has been so great to finally take Merrick to the park again. He is so much bigger now and can actually play on all the toys and I don't have to help him do everything. What made it even more fun is we went with our good friends Danna and Scarlet. Scarlet is only 2 months younger than Merrick so it was so fun to watch them play and run around with each other. What a great Park day!!

Turned into a tackle! I can feel the love

I couldn't believe how big Merrick was watching him play on all the toys and climbing up stuff all by himself. Much different than last time we were playing on playgrounds. Kind of scary sometimes but he did really good.

Max just turned 4 months old on the 16th and I can barely believe it. Time went by So so fast. He is such a happy baby. He loves to laugh and smile and make spitting noises. He has started rolling over already. He doesn't like to be on his back so he always tries to either sit up or roll over. So all that practice has paid off and he can roll over.

Max's blessing day & a little Merrick

Max was blessed on Sunday Feb. 6, 11. Thanks to our family and friends who were able to come. Andrew gave a beautiful blessing and we had a wonderful day.
